SECONDARY HAMMER MILLS
Comottis mill answers to any crushing need for abrasive and hard materials.
It produces a great amount of fine grit (60-90% 0-5mm) with polyhedral configuration and feeding size from 5 mm to 150 mm according to the different rotor used 2 or 4 hammers).
Our machinery is designed to work with hammers and steel alloyed with chrome armour; all of them are equipped with hydraulic opening and regulation.
This particular mill simplifies the maintenance since the whole wear has been enlightened using two kids of impact armours.
The adjustment is Comottis patent n. 896424: it has been design to permit the horizontal movement of the rotor on the grinding chamber which remains fixed.
Easy regulation of hammers: they can be employed to their full potential in order to get lower coefficient in when replacing.
