HAMMER MILL OSCILLATING
The mill series CG.600 is the new 2014 range of machines Comotti.
This machine is built to grind lightly abrasive materials, dry and not ends.
Compact, functional and strong; able to meet various situations of crushing.
Consisting essentially of a feed mouth where the material is conveyed inside the grinding chamber; the material is struck down by the rotating hammers and projected tangentially to the brings against armor or other material in suspension. It can be provided with interchangeable grids of special steel to calibrate the output size.
A simple and convenient hydraulic opening of the aileron allows changing hammers and armor by completing the good performance of the mill.
The simplicity is always the primary characteristic in the study of new machines, to make more agile maintenance work.
Its use ranges especially in the field of recycling, for crushing various materials such as: calcium carbonate, lime, slag, milled, refractory materials, recoveries industrial, glass, etc.
